Navajo Country trucks will be picking up hand sanitizer on Friday am for veterans. One of the hardest hit Covid areas in country .
WHAT: Arizona non-profit, Arizonans for Children, has received a massive donation of 10,000,000 bottles of hand sanitizer from Healing Solutions in both 2 ounce and 16-ounce bottles. They are looking to donate to local organizations who have a need for the hand sanitizer and there is no limit to the amount that each organization can acquire other than the load capacity of a vehicle. The Chandler Unified School District is the first recipient of 84,350 total bottles of hand sanitizer from this event.
WHO: Arizonans for Children is distributing pallets to local organizations and charities thanks to Healing Solutions for their generous donation of hand sanitizer. Arizonans For Children and Healing Solutions are not responsible for providing transportation of hand sanitizer.
WHEN: Pallets of the hand sanitizer will be available for pick-up Friday, October 1st from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Expected will be trucks specifically to support the Navajo Country veterans. Arizona Rangers will be there for any necessary assistance in loading.
WHERE: The address is 10219 North Metro Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85051. The warehouse is the rear portion of the building labeled 10217. This is where the loading docks are and where the hand sanitizer will be available for pick-up.
NOTE: There is great visuals at the warehouse with the amount of hand sanitizer that is being held there. There will be interview opportunities with several representative from Arizona for Children and veterans of Navajo Country.
