Dave Rosenfeld joined the Army in 1982 as an Armor Crewman and was assigned to the 3rd Armored Division in Gelnhausen, Germany. Dave served on both the M60A3 and M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks before being reassigned to the 3rd Battalion (Airborne) 73rd Armor, 82nd Airborne Division.
Following his assignment as an “Airborne Tanker”, Dave was an NCOES instructor and was later assigned as a Recruiter. Following tours in Southern California and Northern Washington, Dave was assigned as the Sr Guidance Counselor at the Seattle MEPS.
Dave was then ordered to Ft Knox, Kentucky as the Chief, Plans & Doctrine at the Headquarters, US Army Recruiting Command. Dave was directly responsible for the execution of the Pre-Command Course, the Executive Officers Course and the Annual Leaders Training Conference, which brought together the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff and Sergeant Major of the Army, numerous other Flagg Officers as well as many Brigade and Battalion Leadership Teams.
Dave is the 2019 Chair for Gilbert’s Veteran’s Day festivities as well as the Vice Chair for the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) Community Outreach Committee. A member of the RE/MAX Alliance Group, Dave continues serving Veteran’s on a daily basis and enjoys being outdoors, hiking the Arizona mountains as well as riding his road bike, shooting and doing the “yardwork.”
Dave and Kim, his bride of almost 30 years, call Gilbert home.
